Sadaya Guild is a manufacturer of premium furniture developed using certified reclaimed Burma & Indian Teak, Rosewood and sea seasoned Oak. They do NOT rely on timber markets or managed forests and use only old, seasoned wood that is reclaimed from decking of decommissioned ships. As such, not a single tree is felled to develop their furniture. Sadaya Guild is certified by FSC (www.fsc.org) and regularly audited to ensure that 100% of their furniture is made from reclaimed / recycled wood.

Further, Sadaya Guild empowers local communities and only employs traditional artisans and craftsman in the manufacture of their products. Further information is available on their website at http://www.sadayaguild.com.

Lets support this brilliant initiative by Sadaya Guild.

You mentioned about teak wood, in fact this is a kind of wood I wanted for my furniture. Despite this teak wood grows in tropical area, fortunately its end products furniture are marketed all over the world. And I got one of those furniture such as tables and dining chairs exactly this one http://www.javateakoutdoorfurniture.com/products/deep-seating-2/. What I also wanted with this kind of furniture is that it can be use both indoor and outdoor.
