With a professional background in finance and accounting, Sandy Mangat’s career has included several years as an analyst at JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Citgo Petroleum in the United States. Her early passion for design was realized in her role as creative strategist at Milagro Interactive, where over the last 8 years she has conceptualised design strategies for clients including companies under the Tata Group, UK Post Office, BBC, Peninsula Brookfield, GlaxoSmithKline, WorldWide Boat, and DSM. She has spearheaded design projects for e-commerce startups and aggregators, mobile products, travel and luxury yacht charter providers.
Sandy established Tusvina, a boutique interior design studio in 2010 and has executed several projects across interior design, space planning, virtual concepts and furniture design with a keen interest in using sustainable materials in her design concepts. She also has a meticulous interest in collecting art and antiques, enjoys travel, and the experience of global cultures.
At Milagro Interactive, she has also been closely involved with projects that focus on environment and social empowerment. These include campaigns to Save the Snow Leopards (SOS) that is jointly driven by the World Wildlife Fund (India) and Tata Housing, and Kalyaanima, an orphanage for underprivileged children.
Sandy is excited to be part of the NOW team and has overseen the creative direction of the NOW brand and digital presence. She is convinced that NOW’s vision is imperative to transform the travel industry to be the catalysts of positive change.
