A respected hotelier and professional, his five-decade-long career has seen him work with luxury hotel brands around the world. He spent over two decades with The Peninsula Group where he led its global expansion as President.

His expertise extends to fields as diverse as consultancy, asset management, brand concept and business development, corporate organisation, marketing and operational management.

As chairman, director and board advisor of numerous luxury hotels and marketing alliances worldwide, he maintains a defining role within the industry. Currently, he serves as chairman of Sandoz Foundation Hotels and also serves on the International Advisory Board of Preferred Hotels & Resorts.
